“There are different gifts but the same Spirit; there are different services but the same Lord; and there are different activities but it is the same God who activates all of them in everyone. To each person the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.” (1 Cor. 12:4-7)
We, the community of Holy Spirit, are called by God to the role of Stewardship. Growing in stewardship means our ability to see the whole life as a sacred gift. Using our time, talent and treasure, we are all responsible for the life and mission of the Church through our baptism.
We acknowledge that God is the source of all that we have, we show gratitude through prayer, offerings and action. Living our baptismal promise calls us to be Christ-centered rather than self-centered and it involves conversions of the heart. Stewardship is an opportunity to share our gifts with God. It is giving back to God a portion of the many blessings and gifts we have received.
Thank you for your generous support of the mission and ministry of our parish community!
